As with any wellness solution, it is essential to recognize that individual responses can vary in terms of timing and (energy strength) requirements.

Here are the key factors that can influence your user experience:

Product Placement: The proximity of the product to your body has a direct impact on the level of life force energy accessible to support natural healing. Please note that BioHealers (entry-level products with lower life force energy than MedBed Generators;  Tesla BioHealing Generators; Biophotonizer-M) should NOT be placed underneath your bed.

To maximize the strength of the energy field, we recommend placing BioHealers as close to you as possible during sleep or work. This can include positioning them on your nightstand, beneath your pillows, against the bed headboard, or in other suitable locations.

Duration and Consistency: To experience the full benefits, we advise using the product for at least 8 hours daily, maintaining consistent daily use and placement close to your body for a minimum of 2-3 months.

Life Force Field Energy Strength: The severity of your health challenge can influence the amount of life force energy required to observe early signs of improvement. What We Deliver:

Tesla BioHealing Wellness Products deliver Life Force Energy to the user. Similar to other wellness products in the industry, we do NOT offer a guarantee of success, however, based upon current statistics, 95% of people utilizing the technology note significant health improvements.

Who We Are and What We Strive to Accomplish:

We have invested many years of research and development efforts to manufacture our breakthrough wellness products. We are proud to deliver products backed by data collected from over 40,000 users thus far, and as wellness products with no prescription required for the general public’s access.

However, our goal is to gain regulatory prescription status so that these wellness products can be covered by insurance and medical programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. Thus, making our products more affordable and reachable to help many more people in need, while at the same time introducing energy-based medicine as a new standard of care within the modern medical community. Every investment made in Tesla BioHealing products today will help this technology become even more accessible to the global community in the future.

Return Requests:

Most return requests are received after less than two weeks of using a single BioHealer, our entry level product intended for mild to moderate health concerns. While many users experience improvement within a short time period, others will require over 4 weeks of 8 hours daily use to “feel the signs of improvement”. This time period of “noticeable improvement” differs from one user to another by the number of products used, the type of products used, coupled with severity and duration of the medical concerns, age of the user, etc.

Refund Process:

After review the above resources, you still feel the product is not working for you and wish to return, we accept replacement or refund requests within 60 days of purchase.

In the event of damage incurred to product during transit, pictures of both the product and packaging are required to be submitted within 48 hours of package delivery. They will be reviewed by the Shipping Carrier (UPS/FedEx, DHL) as the shipping carrier may pick up damaged goods so a claim can be filed with the Carrier.

Please complete the form below or email info@TeslaBioHealing.com with your order number to apply for a return. If approved for a return you will receive a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). An RMA can only be issued after approval of refund eligibility. All returns must have the assigned RMA # included in the shipping address on the return label. We cannot accept any return without RMA #. The customer will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging.

HOW TO BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS

Before filling out the return application form below, please review these self-help documents to make sure you are using your product properly. 

With the proper amount of cellular support, people typically see early signs of success take place very quickly, but others may need more time and Life Force Energy, which is why we encourage up to 60 days, of at least 8 hours per day, of proper product use before applying for a return.

RETURNS FEE:
If after reviewing the information above, you would still like to apply for a return, please fill out the form below. If your return application is approved, we will issue you an RMA and return instructions via email. You will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned unit(s) an inspection will take place. If undamaged, a 20% returns fee will be deducted from your paid cost of the technology. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

A 20% Returns Fee applies to all BioHealer returns.

Any order with a shipping address outside the USA, any MedBed Center Exclusive and/or Event Promotions, and any purchase(s) made via a financing program (SweetPay or any third-party payment program) are Not Eligible For Return.

BioHealer (Alpha-Plus-Adult-Children-Pet) Returns:
To be eligible for a refund minus 20% return fees, items must meet the following criteria:
1) Return requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.
2) Complete the return form below and upload an image of returning product. Returned product must be in original (non-damaged) condition.
3) Product must be returned to our facility within 2 weeks of RMA issuance. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, products without RMA are not eligible for a refund.

MedBed Generators;  Tesla BioHealing Generators; Biophotonizer-M Returns:
Not eligible for returns or refunds.

Products from Upgrades / Upgrade Programs / Promotional Upgrades / Programs such as the Biophoton Phenomenon Program: 
Not eligible for returns or refunds.

Purchases with At Center Promotions or Discounts or Veteran, Military, or First Responder Discount:
Not eligible for returns or refunds.

Biophoton-Energized Spring Water Returns:
Not eligible for returns or refunds.

NeuroPhoton Vitality Matrix - Biophoton-Infused Pillow Returns:

Orders placed using any Gift Cards:
