Please note: All devices purchased with gift cards, special offers such as BOGO or any % OFF are non-returnable & non-refundable. All sales are final.

Most return requests are received after less than two weeks of using a single BioHealer, our entry-level product intended for mild to moderate conditions due to lack of energy. While many users experience improvement within a short time period, others will require over four weeks of 8 hours of daily use to "feel the signs of improvement." This time period of "noticeable improvement" differs from one user to another by the number of products used, the type of products used, the individual health conditions of the user, etc.

Refund Process:

After reviewing the above resources, if you still feel the product is not working for you and wish to return it, we accept replacement or refund requests within 60 days of purchase.

In the event of damage incurred to the product during transit, pictures of both the product and packaging are required to be submitted within 48 hours of package delivery. They will be reviewed by the Shipping Carrier (UPS/FedEx, DHL) as the shipping carrier may pick up damaged goods so a claim can be filed with the Carrier.

An RMA can only be issued after approval of refund eligibility. All returns must have the assigned RMA # included in the shipping address on the return label. We cannot accept any return without RMA #. The customer will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging.

Depending on your age, current health condition, and other factors, you may require more time and Biophoton Energy than you have currently provided to your body in order to experience the amount of healing you are hoping for. 

With the proper amount of cellular support, people typically see early signs of wellness improvements take place very quickly, but others may need more time and Biophoton Energy, which is why we encourage up to 60 days of at least 8 hours per day of proper product use before applying for a return.

To be eligible for a refund minus 20% return fees, items must meet the following criteria:

1) Return requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.

2) Contact us by email and upload an image of the returning product. The returned product must be in original (non-damaged) condition.

3) The product must be returned to our facility within two weeks of RMA issuance. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number; products without an RMA are not eligible for a refund.

Not eligible for returns or refunds.
